owh yeah! now that i remember, last weekend, i had fun! not that it was a blast-lala-fun but it was sumthin that worth to be an experience. my roomie asked me to go to her course dinner which was for ICT..plus BIS studs.. yah-yah..out for makan2~ it was a last-minute thing. i canceled at 1st but i went anyway.

location : a lavish n fancy (i think it is 3star) hotel in ipow time : 815pm but there r sum gurls toooo bother to look pretty that people have to wait for her. (up to 1/2hour++) maybe bcos: 1. she can makeup+all dressy+shiny and be pretty and no one else can look that pretty. 2. i dunno. 3. watever-lah.
(no offence to any1 but i am pissed cause i just use baby powder+blusher and stick a goddamn gloss into my face and it only took barely 3minutes!haihh..marahnye saye.haha.but then i touched up after we arrived at the hotel-lah.a gurl should always look pretty maa..cause we dont know when the prince will come.haha.LOL.)
the theme was marOon. but i dun hv any marOon in my closet at the moment..soo i wore cokelat-lah. plus it wasnt my dinner. so why bother bout the color?rite?hehe. ||upon the arrival..ICT n BIS aka the techies.there they are ||

next stowie!! we were running late,behind the actual schedule. (bcos of the gurls i mentioned b4) so we all raced to the location. macam cerita 2 fast 2 furious pula. seriously~~ 6cars raced with each other, car-- that is full of passengers, passenger-- whom definitely looking hot n fabulous for the dinner driver--- gune jalan shortcut.n langgar red lights. situation-- memang super gile. aiyaa..manyak bahaya. alhamdulillah semuanya selamat sampai.. (eventho banyak kali break emergency.hehe) moral of the stowie : baca doa b4 drive.guarantee safe.

*INGREDIENTS*
crust: -- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour -- 1/2 cup vegetable oil -- 2 tablespoons cold milk -- 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar -- 1 teaspoon salt
filling: -- 6 Fuji apples, cored and sliced (apple ijo taw) -- 3/4 cup white sugar -- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour -- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (ini kayu manis) -- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (ini budak name mlayu die ialah buah keras)
topping: -- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour -- 1/2 cup white sugar -- 1/2 cup butter
*DIRECTIONS*
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. To Make Crust: In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, oil, milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and salt until evenly blended. Pat mixture into a 9 inch pie pan, spreading the dough evenly over the bottom and up sides. Crimp edges of the dough around the perimeter.
3. To Make Filling: Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apples and toss to coat. Spread evenly in unbaked pie shell.
4. To Make Topping: Using a pastry cutter, mix together 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and butter until evenly distributed and crumbly in texture. Sprinkle over apples.
5. Put pie in the oven on a cookie sheet to catch the juices that may spill over. Bake 45 minutes.
